• 25 percent of the total payment will be deducted

If the client cancels the project after the designing phase or work has started, then:

• 50 percent of the total project amount will be deducted
• Remaining balance (if any) will be refunded

This is because resources, time, and creative effort have already been utilized.

After Final Approval or Completion

Once the project is completed or delivered:

• No refund will be issued
• The project will be considered final and approved

This includes printed materials, completed logos, websites, or active marketing campaigns.

Printing Services Refund Terms

• Once printing production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
• Clients must approve final design before printing

Digital Marketing Services Refund Terms

• Digital marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns are launched
• Results depend on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms
• No guaranteed sales, leads, or rankings are promised

Website and Design Services Refund Terms

• Refunds depend on project stage as mentioned above
• Completed or partially completed work is non-refundable
• Custom development work cannot be reversed once delivered
